Tax Receipt Information

In 2024, individuals cannot contribute more than $1,450.82 in a calendar year to any political party, riding association, or candidate.

The tax credit is based on the total amount of all your contributions to registered BC political parties this year:

75% of contributions up to $100
50% of contributions between $100 and $550
33.3% of contributions between $550 and $1,150

The maximum annual tax credit is $500.
